Modus Office Penthouse

In collaboration with Alexander &CO, Transmitt curated the lighting across the space – delivering custom sculptural pieces alongside our signature Australian-made collection.

The Penthouse is an executive workplace where a residential sensibility is brought into a refined corporate setting. Alexander &CO expertly balanced bespoke detailing with functional planning, creating a space that feels considered, tactile and quietly luxurious.

Comprising directors’ offices, a boardroom, open meeting zones, lounge, kitchen, bathrooms and an outdoor terrace, the suite is arranged to maximise natural light and frame uninterrupted ocean views. A palette of durable, high-quality finishes lends depth and warmth, favouring layered materiality over overtly commercial expression.

Transmitt’s lighting plays a defining role in shaping the atmosphere. From intentional spot lighting to sculptural brass pendants, custom-designed pieces are integrated alongside bespoke furnishings – crafting an environment that feels more like an evolved home than a traditional office, rich with character, comfort and collected detail.
